About Us

Shildon Thermoplastics was established in 1989 in order to meet the requirements of its sister company, Coupe Line, for high quality road marking materials. Seeking to provide a high quality service, Coupe Line was not satisfied with the standard of some of the materials being supplied for its work. Managing Director Jack Coupe therefore took the strategic business decision to produce in-house rather than to out-source.

Since its establishment Shildon Thermoplastics has gained a reputation for the excellence of performance of its range of road safety materials.
